so do you know the exact weight that you can do for 12 reps or do u just stop at 12 even if you could do more?

thx dudes, yeea feels pretty good to pund it every week more and more.. i hope it goes a long time like that!
todays session was so funny.. i had do laugh all the time about some dude :D everyone who tried to give him some Tips, he was like " shut up i know how to train and stuff" than he loaded a barbell with 400lbs for "shrugs" he liftet it up and made like 1/4 of a regular shrug :D than he went away like arnold :D
after that, he saw me doin 800lbs leg press for 12 reps and he loaded 820 and did 2 1/4 reps :D it was so tight dudes :D :D im still laughing :D
i told him, hey buddy if you let your legs down onto the chest and push it up its way better, and not like just 2 inch down and up and he said: i dont care, everybody do it on his way
