Thanks for the motivation fellas. A couple of days ago I had another session and it was poor. I had a look through my log book and found I am actually weaker than I was 18 months ago in a couple of the big lifts. This was more than a little depressing. I had 2 weeks off and came back to be THAT far back!! I know I go up and down and I have to accept that but to take that sort of a knock put me pretty much to the point of just knocking the whole thing on the head.
I went in yesterday and it was better. Felt better about it all. Thankfully. Hopefully it'll pick up.
