that's an unbelievable workout in just 30 minutes! Nice work with the PB on chins - definitely a strong point for you. Even though you were rushed you still put up some good weight on the BB Rows and the lying Tricep extensions.
Thanks for all the positive feedback fellas. I had to be quick to pick the kids up and didn't want to knock off too much - to be honest I was surprised I got all that done and used the weight I did. If nothing else it should hopefully mean I'll be able to up the weight again next time round with having more than 10-15 secs of rest between sets! :)
Next session tomorrow - squats Don't know if I'm gonna be able to manage 20 breathing reps at 125kg or whether I'll start doing 5x5.
Miami - Just the one again though due to the speed! :)

Hypo - Yeah my benching is coming on. I think I'm even noticing the difference in the pecs to look at too!
Well my gym session today - wasn't.
Ria ran the car out of diesel so it wouldn't start this morning. Had to go to petrol station and fill up cans then take off loads of parts of the car to prime it - which didn't work, then crack open the injectors - which didn't work before dragging the car to start it. By which time Ria needed the car for work. So now I have to wait till Wednesday for next session. However my front delts and pecs were still aching so it's only really the legs that are gonna miss out which is a shame seeing as they are the weakest area on me. Oh well - Wednesday it is!
