Damn was that a killer back workout...never had such a killer pump in the back before. Felt real good! Felt puke coming on a few times during the DB rows. We hit shoulders and some upper back tomorrow:)

Workout partner never showed today so legs werent as heavy/intense as normal but still got a good pump going. Just upped the reps to be safe.
Well finished the cycle saturday night...
-X-factor deff delivered on the DOMS
-great strength gains
-gained around 4-5lbs of seemingly lean mass
-Bodyfat went down close to a %
-causes some serious hunger
-Excellent pumps while working out...shoulders were the worst they would get so pumped it was hard to hold your arms up. But it was a good feeling
- Actually noticed I looked alot more vascular too
Im gonna give it 2 months then do another cycle this time with a test booster, when its time to bulk
Overall i give the product a 10/10 and recommend any serious lifter giving it a shot.
