Lying Hip Raises 3 sets x 25
Felt good to get back in there...chest had a super tight pump going! Cant wait for back tomorrow. Gonna start cutting soon for summer...meaning adjusting carbs alittle as my diet is already pretty damn good and up cardio to 2 sessions a day.

In and out in 40 Minutes...very heavy/intense bicep session. Tomorrow is Shoulders/Tri's and some lat work. Till then...

First time in the log and you are looking good. Chest looks nice and full. One question though...do you work on lats? Judging by the pics it looks like your lats are lagging way behind.
