Decided I better start logging my Diet again too so here it is for yesterday
7:30am 1 cup Eggwhites, 1 cup Shredded Potatoes, 1 slice Fat Free cheese, All mixed together. Cup black coffee, Muli-Vit, 2 Diss Liver, 1 Cap XF
10:00am 50g Whey shake
12:30pm Chicken Salad, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
3:30pm 50g Whey Shake
6:00pm (pre workout) 1/3 Cup oats, 3 Slices Turkey Bacon, 2 caps XF
8:00pm (post workout) 40g Isolate, 40g Dextrose shake, 10g BCAA, 10g Glutamine
9:00pm 8oz Lean Beef steak, 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, Small Salad, 1 cap XF
Great log bro, I have not checked in this one before. I used two bottles of X Factor not long ago, I enjoyed it alot except for I got a lot of pain out of as it is inflamatory, as I am sure you would have noticed after training.

Ya dude bigtime DOMS. Sick actually ha ha but ya seems to help with strength and I've put on around 2-4lbs so far just finished the first bottle starting 2nd. No fat gain what so ever. I'm still up in the air on it though...dunno if i would buy it again for the price. We'll see when i finish the cycle :)
Yeah the gains as well as getting leaner is good, but the pain that flaired up in old injuries sort of counter acted that. Apparently Gaspari Nutrition have got permission to put some of x factors ingredients in it, si that will be interesting.Originally Posted by beau37

Lacked some strength due to food intake today but overall good workout had a real sweat going. The EC stack is working well.
thats a hell of a lot of sets for DB bench.. when i do it i dont even warm up.. i just hit the 100's and im off lol
