Turk - Christ you took a note from my book and re-wrote it into an epic novel with those CG's! Huge weight to start with but to increase by so much in PB territory is phenomenal.
(went earlier than usual 11:00 am......doesn't sound too early but i'm used to going around 4:30pm and getting more meals in me.......turned out to be a great day.....the day started off awesome when i got to the gym and stepped on the scale and hit 236.3lbs which is my PB for bodyweight, extremely happy w/ this )

HELL ya boy.. u have good genetics.. that back is your strong point by far.. the only thing i would constructive i would say is about your legs.. they need more depth.. a bigger outter sweep.. hit the hack squats brother.. if you dont already? everything else looks awesome man.. keep up the great work..

^ the only reason i mentioned form because i think form should always be more of a priority then more weight.. i train with this one guy off and on.. he really pissed me off.. he always focuses on more weight but isnt as concerned on form.. and the results he gets do him justice for that reason alone.. sometimes we let the testosterone get the best of us lol
