amazing arm session bro, hit Pbs throughout the entire workout. Amazing close grip bench, ive prolly only seen 2 or 3 people even regularly bench 315 for as many reps as u hit. Even though ur elbows hurtin, u still curled a hell of alot of weight. Good work as always, hope the elbow feels better bro
