i was told to eat a cheat meal once a week....:dunnodude:.....obviously i can't eat a lot of food just something small and it can't be some kind of snack or candy......for example i normally eat 4 ounces of 92% lean beef on a wheat bun w/ fat free cheese, today i ate a breakfast sandwich
