weighed in today around 206lbs....some quick lifts from tonights back training:
up to 310lbs (whole rack) on the lat pulldowns....315lbs on both underhand and overhand BB rows....and up to 7 plts on the T-bar rows
Any more pics, Turk? If you're not already, make sure you've got your posing down, especially the lat spreads, they're the hardest to actually do properly.
hey ironslave....still trying to perfect my posing...my training partner says that i'm good but i don't wanna leave any space for errors....i've still been working on my lat spread which i have been struggling to do but i think that i've been slowly getting better at them .........new pics 2nite
