225 x 15 (225 and 315 done slowly)

405 x 14 (did a different faster motion)
405 x 13 (did an extra set becuz first set of 405 felt weird)
495 x 6 (P.B!!!! didn't even realize it at 1st)

(no t-bar rows in corner today.....hurts the middle of my back when i put the weight down, like really hurts idk y.....o well)
495 lb bent over rows? are you kidding me? dang dude.. your strength is unreal.
