So as h0ke said in his log, now we start to train seriously! Tomorrow (monday) we will start our HC training! I just weighed myself and I am now 68.5 kgs. But I might be lil dry because we had some beer last nite. So please be supportive and give some good info to us (me and h0ke) to gain some serious mass! I guess I can gain some kgs pretty fast because I havent trained my legs in awhile so they might grow lil bit faster. :carduforvip

6x75kg (this felt too hard.. no training in a week might be solution..)
DB Incline Press:
8x33,5kg h0ke said that I have to move from 28.5kg to 33.5 because even he did this with 28.5kg :keke:
Triceps Extension - Rope Attachment:
10xjust flexing the muscle.. this really gave me huge pump
Smith Machine CG Bench Press: The normal Bench was reserved
Today it was shoulder + ab day..
DB Shoulder Press:
5x32,5kg h0kester helped a bit I hear.
11x28,5kg to failure
Front Dumbbell Raise:
2x10x11kg + 8x13.5kg
Side Lateral Raise:
2x8x33.5kg I really suck in these
Ab Twister: dunno the name..
Yeap.. This was done very quickly! We did abs without pauses.
I bet my abs are quite sore tomorrow.
