yeah pullups are much harder than chins thats for sure. 15-20 is damn solid though dead hang and chin over the bar on every rep? ye i hear u on the bodyweight thing, theyre definetely easier to do the less u weigh. especially leg mass is not exactly a big help when doing pullups. its a damn good exercise for big lats though.

BB Bench Press:
12x50kg, 10x60kg, 10x70,6x80kg, 4x90kg,3x95kg
Incline DB press:
10x16kg, 10x23.5kg, 8x28.5kg, 6x33.5kg
12x15kg, 6x35kg (hard to balance) ==> 12x25kg
Incline DB Curl:
I was sweating so fn much (might have been the beer :keke:)
Weight was 71.0kg after the workout!
It was time to hit some shoulders and triceps!
SM Shoulder press:
W-UP, 12x55kg, 10x65kg, 8x75kg, 5x85 (meh, last rep was damn hard)
3x8-12x23.5kg ( These were so hard after SM Presses )
Front DB raise:
2x12x11kg ( my shoulders were burning )
CG Bench Press:
12x50kg, 10x70kg, 6x80kg, 4x90kg PB? ( last rep was spotted )
12xBW ( I already felt weak in here ) 10xBW+15kg, 6xBW+30kg ( I had to stop because I felt like something snapped in my tricep area )
I didnt do more sets because of that feeling in my tricep area :(
This was my first low carb day, Still going "strong" but the pump didnt last as long as it would in high carb days!
Ill do 20-35min's of morning cardio everyday for the next 3 weeks ( gained fat lil bit too fast, but 4 pack is still there :keke: )
I was thinking that Ill train for 8 days in a row ( 4 days heavy, 4 days light and after that recover for a day or two ) and try to try PB at BB Bench Press!
