was a pretty good session, hurt my back a little on the rack deads so i took 5 mins break before i did the 210 kgs, it was harder than 2 weeks ago when i last did it, im just going to eat up big this week and next, to try and give me plenty of fuel to heal and recover, and im going to try and get that 220 kgs for 5 reps, im keen as!
also im not happy with my progression on my lat pulldowns, i think i need to start warming up to a big weight, instead of just doing 3 max sets!
was fucked by the time shrugs and reverse flyes came along, was simply spent, made last weeks efforts but only just!
got an exam tomoroow and an essay due on friday, so im into the books.
gotta write 2000 words on 'the hero and the dark lord in fantasy novels', i'll nail it because i am a word smith!

Try upping the weight on BB curl and lowering the reps and doing like 3 or 4 sets of 5 reps or something to jolt them out of stagnation.
Rev grip close grips are strong and skullcrushers are sweet too. Looks like your body is agreeing with your philosophy about being strong all over!
i've noticed alot of people doing over 100lb bb curls more and more
damn, im so far behind, haha.. 10reps though, thats even more impressive
also those skull crushers, hmm.. i tried those a couple times, found out
can't do it passed 50lbs, both arms pop out. damn, over 100lbs skull crushers..
