Leg Press Calf: 100lb/12, 200lb/14, 300lb/12 (12 ss)
Stiff Leg Deadlift: 100/8, 140/8, 160/8 (8 ss)
Front Sqaut: 60/10, 80/5, 100/6 (PB), 60/11 (aiming for 20 gay)
(6-10) (20) didnt make the widow cause i went soft, i'll get to it eventually!

Rocky: yeah ive snuck in a few Pb's already, now i gotta up it from here, last time i did DC i was progressing constantly, so im hoping for an even better run this time!
im only geting like 180-200 grams of protein a day though, and about that in carbs! so far i ok! but i might have to up it as i go! but im trying too slim down a little, and maybe have a look at competing this year!

ok session, stalled on the chins and dips, but my rep range is quite low so its harder to progress, i'll keep at it but! the rack deads were good, except my lighter set at the end was fucked, i was done from the previous effort!

sorry if its a little confusing, 1 ups refer to rep progression from last time, and up 50lbs is an increase in weight, so im letting you know how i went compared to last time!
i do one leg press, but do it normal for the widowmaker for safety!
but yeah, great session, i progressed on everything!
