not too bad a session, few small improvements is all i need, foward momentum!
got a deep tissue massage yesterday by the way...........it was painful, but i feel so much more limber now, alot of the tension on my back has gone. i highly recommend them, its like hell when its happening, but it gets better! its really creepy when you have an elbow in your shoulder blade but can feel your front delts shooting with pain, its very creepy

was a great session except for the sqauts, which went down, fuck! mind you my program kind of got pushed out of phase due to easter, and because of the nature of the Dc split i think it made me miss the strength wave, ive had this happen before and only on big lifts too! i had 4 days off over easter, so im sure this is what happnend, plus the days are out of line, with stiff legs and rack deads, being only a day apart this cycle instead of the 2 days they usually are leaving my back wasted!

im graduating next week on friday, so i get to go back to the old gym......back where Pickle and I started the natural revolution! im so going to hit the gym the day before grad, back to the beginning, where the passion began! its almost spiritual.........did i mention im also graduating, like that compares....iron is more valuable than a piece of paper!

yes im dieting, but i didnt think it would hit like this! i gues 200 rams of protein is simply not enough for a 250 pound lad to maintain his strength, although i am leaning up nicely
im kindas pissed but i need to keep dieting till i get abs, then im going to up it slowly, i think im going to up my protein a little if this downward spiral continues
i really think at 250 pound i need at leat 250 grams of protein just for maintenence, so i guess the backward steps today are to blame, but i gotta stay the lean course!
on another note i drove past a smashed up harley that had been hit by a 4WD, it was fucking smashed to pieces, im assuming the bikie didnt survive, it makes my workout woes seem trivial!
