140 kgs, 10 hasnt moved in months, im too fucked after the heavy set
im mega pumped from this session i didt technically get a pb for chest if i go by the rest-pause count, but i improved my form and got an extra rep on the first set as compared to two weeks ago when i last did the exercise....
eveything else fealt like a nice tight vagina. those deadlifts were beautiful and sexy, and not in a cute japanese girl way, sexy like a hot exotic dark south east asian girl who puts your cock in her mouth just after you shot a load bareback in the ass.............hmmmm thats a bit innappropriate....but its my log and i do what i want........
as you can tell, it was one of those amazing session, where i got those little pieces of the improvement puzzle which over ime will add up to a bigger badder me...........also my weight has been stagnant at 115 kgs for a few months now, but ive been getting stronger, so hopefully it means by composition will improve for the better without any muscle loss........
diet wise, i had more carbs for lunch today, as ive been lazy of late and havent got enough, i feel the carbs gave me the extra energy i needed to hit so many pb's today, so from now on im gunna have a big carb up at lunch on training days, but keep it low on off days, coz i need to shake some fat.

^^^no idea, im not really into doing 1rm's, it nice do lift max weight, but ultimately i dont train for powerlifting, so i dont take the risk of injury that high weight low reps inherently has................a few months ago i tried 190 kgs for 4 reps, when i was only doing 180 kgs for 6 or something, my back was shot for weeks and i had to drop my weight down to like 140 kgs for awhile and build up again........lesson learned lol.
