well my new training program is this...
Monday : Chest/biceps
Tuesday : shoulders/Legs
wednesday : Rest
Thursday : triceps/biceps
Friday : Back+Push Ups
i do some push ups because i try to get 42 push ups in 2 minutes...
biceps 2 times in a week because i dont think that 1 time is enough for me...
i train my abs every workout.
ok me and my training partner thoug that i should continue my old training program..so thats what im going to do

Roman chair sit ups + some Shoulder Presses
tomorrow im going to do one crazy workout for chest and arms
Incline Bench Press
bicep curls with v-bar
some Roman chair sit ups + Tricep extensions
it was a good workout and i got nice pump to my arms and chest...tomorrow back and soulders(and little bit legs)..
