Ok so hello every1:coolguy:

i will try and train as hard as i can.

here is my new training split.

Monday : Chest,biceps,triceps and abs
Tuesday : shoulders,Legs
wednesday : Rest
Thursday : repeat Monday
Friday : shoulders,Back
Saturday and Sunday rest

i will start this on Monday.

today i did shoulders and abs

-Shoulder Presses 20x44lbs, 12x88lbs, 12x110lbs, 10x132lbs
-Shoulder Press(machine) 15x66lbs, 12x88lbs, 16x66lbs
-Dumbbell Lateral Raise(machine) 16x22lbs, 7x44lbs, 12x22lbs
-shoulder raises(hack) 25x132lbs, 20x176lbs, 25x132lbs
-Crunches 20x66lbs, 20x88lbs, 12x110lbs, 8x132lbs

Why back and legs (the 2 largest muscle groups) once a week and everything else twice?

well my back and legs thakes the most time to recover..so that^s why im training them once a week.

Try adjusting your training, I think you would benefit by training them more frequently.

bicep curls with v-bar 16x61lbs, 10x83lbs, 10x61lbs
Tricep(machine) 10x132lbs, 25x132lbs, 16x181lbs
Tricep Pushdowns 12x110lbs, 12x110lbs
Bicep Curl-Cable 12x110lbs, 12x110lbs

this was good session to me:linedrunk:

i do only Bench to my Chest because i do it twice a week.

those are some great numbers but i think you should add some more chest exersise but thats imo..

u might wanna really consider sum more chest exercises and also spreading ur training out over more days.......nice to see a new log in here train hard!

Good to see a new log, but definately consider using the advice given to you so you can "shape" your programme to make it more effective. Good luck mate.
