haha thanks c05. im 6 foot 3 with about 4 foot of legs id say. its very hard to do a conventional dead properly. my lower back wins on sumos no rounding. thanks for stopping by vegeta my fellow tall iron warriror!

awesome that ur doing 5/3/1 pickle, hope it yields good results for u. those deads are looking nice. and i hear ya on the grip thingy, its annoying to say the least. i went down 40 kg on my deads when i started doing em without straps. u should get some chalk though if ur gym allows it:)
