cheers fellas, i was happy to get 5 sets of 5 on 112.5kg. form was fairly tight (did have to consciously tell myself not to bounce on a few tho.) and again i did it without a spotter. :)
for day 1 of week 3 i might just do 10 sets of chins and bench and not worry about supports. 2-3 reps. try and tear some new terroritory. start with 115kg on both excercises and pyrimid up weights.
fucked up my heavy session again. oh well

had a quickie because gym now shuts at 8 on thursday/friday. i dare it to be throw more spanners in the works. im pretty happy with my db presses tho. good mental barrier pressing the 50s for the first time in 4 years :D... (never pressed 50s for that many consecutive sets either so i guess its a pb!... of sorts. lol)
