bodyweight 99kg. Technically not all time best strength for legs but it is the biggest ive 1rm'd deep bench is an all time 1rm no dispute :) strongest ive been in bench ever! last time i did 130 was when i was 20 lol and lol
my next short term goal is to smash 140kg bench and 180kg squat. my bench had a lot more in it today i felt 135 could of been done but again i train alone so i wasnt game. Im not progressing where i need to be for my lofty long term goal but hey any strength gains are a win. Especially at my height, lol.
