10 each leg with 30kg, 20-30 reps for pushups 3 sets.
15 burpees, 20 crunches rest
Leg Throw downs with medicine ball twists 2 sets
Knee raises 2 sets failure.
Tried to go for another run but cramped up so called it quits.
boxing room was off limits in gym otherwise i would of done more burpees. I felt like a doosh doing burpees infront of everyone on treadmills with the whole gym shaking under my landing lololol.
late night session tonight. It was awesome because I had the best stretch afterwards got my legs over my head with toes touching the floor a few times and held them for stretching. Afterwards, the best my lower back has felt in ages. JIZZMMMN

side raise *15@12kg, Tricep pushdown*15 @ stack (it was 10-12 plates but probably was only about 30kg lol, DB preacher curl *15 @ 12kg. *2 sets.
