final set was minimum 3 on 115kg i did 5. poor effort. Next cycle i need to put more chest pressing movements in because although i need the shoulder work my chest is going backwards lolol.

awesome effort on the deadlifts the other day. 13 with double overhand at 130 kg is nothing to sneeze at. a mixed grip is alot easier. good effort on the bench as well. and those chins of yours have come up it seems. that many reps at ur bodyweight is great keep up the good work pickle.

another less then stellar effort. squatting 3 times a week and i could 5 rep 160. now i squat once a week and got 155 for 4 :P

thats still a solid effort pickle. but maybe u should consider replacing the back squat with for instance a front squat for awhile?
uve been squatting for a long time, and maybe u need alittle variation and just getting that bar off ur back. it takes its toll on the CNS to squat for prolonged periods of time.
anyways, wish u luck on the tests. im sure ull nail em:)
