tried to do a randy courture circuit today. epic fail
started with the intention of being better then him so i added pusups before i picked up the bar. ended up only completing 1 cycle had to take the weight down
pushups, bentover rows, upright row, military press, goodmornings, bulgarian squat, squat /w push press, stiff leg deadlift.
5 repeats (supposed to do 6) 1 minute rest stated with 40kg ended with 20kg lolollol
damn.. that sounds.. like cardio..

epic leg soreness still from monday and maybe exacerbated yesterday but alas, work to be done, line to be beaten.
The i must get 10 reps or im lines bitch squat session.
warmups hips, hammies, more hips, quads, light squats and goodmornings
Warm up squat weights then
130kg*5, 135kg*5, 145kg *10 (i believe that makes me the most beautiful blue eyed man on the forum by default, as i matched ur reps with more weight.)
Supports of stiff leg deadllifts, hammy curls superset with seated calf raise, reverse hypers with standing rope crunches. 5*10 mostly
finished with multiple hammy static stretches using towels or my hands, quad and hip flexor stretches using a bench, held some yoga positions like dhalsim, stretched groin, buttocks and lower back then out.
post workout feed- cherry ripe, milky way, vegetarian lasagna (no beans no lulz imo)

70*5, 75*5, 80*5, 85*5, 90*4(P.B) considering my form is attrocious and i dont even get under the bar for the drive (making it esentially a power upright row using leg drive to my shoulders, im pretty stoked about moving 90kg previous pb for that weight was 1 rep)
135*15 lolololol (was grunting massively, fuck im a tool.)
(lower back was painfully pumped. i could barely bend over to pick up my pencil i use to log :O, felt amazing during stetching tho)
gym shut so didnt do calf raises or ham curls. got my squat on which is most important for my 5/3/1 and beating lines squat (2 times a week ftw) anyways pretty happy. Came home showered stretched hams,quads, lower back, abs, groin, glutes even ankles and pulled on my toes lolol.
as Line said...15 reps deadlifts is madness. Why not recalculate your max for your next 5/3/1 cycle? you are working pretty far away from your max... anyway if that's working you'd know better.
