took my 90% of my tested 1rm like wendler suggests(172)follow the 5/3/1 (so max sets are 80-95% of that 172). then after struggling with squats first cycle i decided i needed another back squat day so i use 60% of 172 for 5*10 with the intention of upping weight i will probably just up the weight cycle to cycle rather then session to session. but for now, ill up again next week and see how i go. lolol
