broof slept in a bit today wasnt on the treadmill till 6:45 am because it took me a while to down my shake in water as well, did 20 minutes of running and powerwalking on an incline then hit the rower for an easy kilometer. decided to get deads outta the way so i could avoid gyming it again today. I know i said I wouldnt go over 6 reps on deads because my neck still isnt better but meh deads and cleans wern't aggravating it.

The Broof on the roof workout. Lovely day outside, decided to try and do my last session for week 3 at home... nearly killed myself lol. My bench is so unstable(its missing a few screws) and the support where the back lay wobbles side to side. I tried to balance it with weights but to no avail. anywho, that didn't stop me, so what if the bench is missing a few screws so am I. lololol. My weights at home also feel considerabley heavier. im very curious if my bar is indeed 20kg as it is taller then me(think godzilla in height), could it actually be heavier? Its a secret probably only google knows.
5/3/1 bench (vid) got a warm up set on vid, i think a workset with 105kg 25skg +15s +2.5s and the bar *5 and the final set of 3 on 120kg. where i nearly killed myself. Was useful to film, my bum was not stationary like id like, but id say that is more because of the wobble of my bench. What was very interesting was my right arms inability to lock out on some reps. I thought id fixed that... obviously not... got some other stuff on vid as well and ive concluded that barbell rows are the stupidest shit ever conceived, even worse then not training at a %of 1rm for compound lifts.
