havent been into the gym for about a week. shoulder on my injured neck side has been hella sore. had a few family members up as well. did a muck about session today tho with seated rows lat pulldowns rotator cuffs db flats and crunches. db flats i did 30*12,35*12,40*12, 45*8 :(

lolol thanks everyone. my coughs ok. ive had to cut out 5/3/1 bench and militaries because of my shoulders. im also trying to do a lot more back as well to try and fix an imbalance i think ive done from too much benching.
seated row 5*10 ramped
squats 5/3/1 final set was 155*5 (ok considering 2 weeks since a real squat)
db bench press 30*6,35*6,40*6,45*6,50*6(theres new dbs in my gym upto 60kg now so im looking to 6 rep them by end of year)
hypers bw 2*15

last set was 145kg *12 without cleans I was probably good for another 3-5 reps tbh. really dogged it. 4 reps double overhand 4 over under each side
db bench (now im times 2 pissed. as already raised they brought in new dumbells upto 60kg which made me pissed because i probably cant do them and now a guy has joined my gym and is probably stronger then me on proper rom as well. he was doing slight assisted militaries with 100kg over a decent rom. ugh.) i had a dig at the 55s got 3 with my left hand unfortunately right arm didnt lock out so i had to bail after the negative. I couldnt even sit up without an assist on that weight as well lollool.)
