^ im delibrately using a low max. the high reps are also good for my grip. estimated 1rm from my last few deadlift sessions is somewhere in between 215-220 and from memory im using nowhere near that for my calculations. Im getting more reps session after session on heavier weights and bigger jumps then any other core lift so im not going to change it any time soon.Plus in terms of intensity its right up there with 20 rep squats.

then attempted snatches. no weight just 40kg lol. hardest move ever. i should do it everyday until i get it.
135kg*5, 145kg* 3, 165kg*3 doh equal pb. got out of the hole on the 4th rep and then died at or just below parralel crashing back into the rack.
Chinups. quickfire 30 reps
35kg*6, 40*6, 45kg*6, 50*6,50*5
stretched then out. xxx

i really had a depressed gym session today. just did a random session. really unmotivated ive been so wobbly with training and committing to a program lately i need a shake up. Wish I had a training buddy. I wish I wasnt the strongest person in the gym as well.
As I said pretty much a random session did what i thought would be fun.
cardio Sqauts 60kg*10, 120 3*10... did these out of the rack every rep a2g
cardio stiffs 1*20 reps
tested my 1rm on incline bench apperently its 115kg lol. 3rd time ive inclined in about a year maybe two.
did 3 sets of rows 1 set of high rows
decided to do shrugs off one of those deadlift machines did sets working upto 200kg machines are so stupid.
did a few tricep pushdowns and cable curls
thoughts? i think maybe im in a lul since i hurt my neck/shoulder and ive been rehabbing it i havent been pressing overhead. i probably could again now... 5/3/1 is good but i dunno things just arnt fun. plus im only 5/3/1 deading and squatting. I was thinking about doing 5/3/1 inclines and trying to re introduce militaries next month and maybe that will get back on track. my trainings a mess
