also did some militaries to see if ive recovered. in short no. but i guess ill just take the weight back and wont push for too many reps next rotation
session consisted of militaries 5*5
BW dips, skull crusher closegrip bench supersets , rope pushdown all 4*12
Db Curls 3*12 then one drop set doing 12 reps
Rope Curls 3*15
^^ no sex is defnately the only time ill train arms.
Deload this week. was supposed to be for deads and squats only but since im resuming militaries and incline 5/3/1 next week i will deload everything and get used to the movements ill be doing again.
So deload military press lolol

Db Bench 40kg*10,10,10,8 meh, 35kg*12 wanted 5*10 but still got 50 rep target.
my simplified 5.3.1 is gonna follow 2-3 exercises just the ones i like for assitance. with shoulder rehab before every session. just doing YTL and side rotator now for that
day 1- military 5/3/1, chins 50 reps, db bench 50 reps
day 2- squats 5/3/1, GHR 25reps, weighted situps 50 reps
day 4- Inc 5/3/1, Chins 50 reps, CG Bench 50 reps
Day 5- Cleans 10 sets of 2, deads 5/3/1, maybe a set or 2 of calf raises. maybe lolol
