hey guys still been training just havent had a chance to get on here ive actually done 6 weights sessions in the past 8 days and a BJJ session yesterday. Will be a bit of a cluster **** this weekend hence the powering of sessions. havent had much of a chance to get on here but will check the O threads and ur logs soon.xxx

week 2 day 3- Morning
incline barbell press 5/3/1
Fat boy chins (towel wrapped around bar) 20,15,15,10 (detoweled) 15
Push press warmups then 85kg 5*2-3 reps
High row 6plates 3*20
Rope pushdowns 5plates 15,12
Same time dumbell curls 15kg*15,12
YTLR Circuit *15 used weight for the rotators but not for the YT lolol
Evening- 1 hour BJJ, So fun. I didn't get submitted tonight which is a p.b and nearly tapped the guy that tapped me 5 times on the first night 3 times the most brutal was a north south i had on him for about a minute just didnt know how to get it tight enough i still kept control and prevented him rolling tho. fun fun lololol at one stage he had me up for a powerbomb when i had my legs around his head lol.
Now we know why Pickle is so fond of BJ(J)

did a session on friday it sucked i got a thumb injury on thursdays jui jitzu and no position i had it would stop pain. didn't even get to do my typical high rep deads.
60*5, 70*2,80*2,90*1,95*2,1,1,1,1 (from knees) 80*5, 60*5,60*5
145*6 lolllllllllllolol stupid thumb. Would of had 15 if it was fine.
Weighted bridges 80kg*15 3 sets
Cable crunches 3*20 @ lol
militaries today. thumb is a bit better i can make a fist now...
like this but with better rom and less weight. intergral part of the set up tho is rolling the bar upto your hips while you are seated upright if you try to roll the bar to your hips while your lying down youll roll straight over your nads. Pleasureable with lightweights not so much with 60kg plus (e.g minxy)
cant work it out how ive gone from 75*8 back to 72.5*3 my injury wasn't even that bad lllllllllololol, I think i miss standard flat bench.
