nah 5/3/1 sucks. I squat twice a week, olympic lift twice a week, bench twice a week. I could do that in 5/3/1 template but id have to look at doing singles and doubles after the initial 5/3/1 sets complicated. I'll look into it if i plateau. I doubt that will happen for a while tho im enjoying training too much and loving my low rep and medium rep days.

110kg 7 sets of 3. 112.5kg 1*3 Felt really good. will do bulk of sets with 112-115kg next week and should get 3 reps each set.

One arm db tricep overhead superset with db preach curl 15kg 4*12 (had to do forced reps to get last 2 sets of curls...but then i never curl)

trained on monday shouldn't of, squatting heavy on saturday killed my monday squats. my snatches sucked too. monday im not even going to log. lol. lets call it a 4 out of 10 session.

so probably trained 5 or 6 times since november 2 2011. Holidays, divorces, christmas etc. Haven't lost too much strength im probably 75% of all time personal best. still fairly sexy. Did my first session for 2012 today. Goals for 2012 are a lot more fitness inclined. I intend on doing www.toughmudder.com.au in sydney in septmeber which will make me do cardio.

Conditionding circuit 15 minutes of (3 cycles 45 secs to a minute between each cycle)
Pushups, fatboy chinups, wrestling sit throughs, Medicine ball ground bounces, hyper extensions, situps. Had it split into to different segments and was training with a buddy. I was all ok 10 ball throws 20 hypers and situps till the person at the other station tags u. They had to do 20 pushups, 15 fatboys, 10 sit throughs each side... On first rotation I had to do 40 situps waiting for my training buddy. lol death.
