seriously great work lance, i think ur sessions look as good as ever, doesent look like u lost much strenght at all, the deads at the end of that back session are astonishing, awesome, barbell rows look great, same with the chins. as for the delt session, that was a killer, as usual great presses behind the neck, and solid tricep work too:)

Bulkboy- Thanks for the great comments mate. As far as legs today, i don't think i'll be doing them because i think i'm a lil overtrained and pushed the previous workouts too much. I can barely lift my arms up! So im going to do a couple of exercises with my chest and biceps workout tommorow, only a light workout though.
Flat dumbbell press-
22.6kg X 15 reps WU
31.7kg X 12 reps WU
43kg X 6 reps
Incline dumbbell press-
13.6kg X 12 reps WU
34kg X 6 reps
Flat dumbbell flyes-
15.8kg X 12 reps WU
24.9kg X 9 reps
Olympic barbell curl-
20kg X 12 reps WU
50kg X 3 reps and 3 partials
20kg X 10 reps
And that was it, only took 34 minutes because i didn't have a training partner. I really didn't feel ok in the gym because i had eaten too much before the gym. from when i woke up at 11:00am i eat every hour and a half or so until i left for the gym so i felt like and nearly threw up a couple of times. Because of my holiday i have lost quite a bit of strength and it's really pissing me off because i'm struggling with weights that i was doing an easy set of 10 reps. Next week should be better having had the "break" in week should i say :ranter:
