Freako: Yes, 5x5 is good mate I think it's a good thing to bring my strength levels back where they were roughly about a year ago. As soon as I get up to squatting 160k ish and deadlifting 180k im gna do a bill starr one (either his or madcows). Keep checking back freako. I wana be stronger than YOU!

My weight at the moment is around 100kg. Conditioning wise im prolly around 18%. I feel like dieting down to about 10% but then again i dont want to sacrifice my strength in the gym. So i am just eating clean and see if i can lose it that way ;)
