It's not the flu, it's just a cold but it has nearly gone so i think i'm ready to go for it. Ive not checked my weight this week but last week it was around 13st 7 lbs. I'm trying to stay as lean as i can this offseason because i don't want to spend ages dieting away that fat. Obv some fat is expected but i'll keep a level on it. And hey, let's not forget that im going to the states soon and i'll be eating a lot lol :methman:
