T-Bar rows ( apparatus)
Seated military press
Dumbell curls ( total reps)
Did one set bent over concentration curls 9.5 kgx10 each arm
Did some shrugs with 20kg plates
did 15 minutes cardio
Tommorow i will be busy with the burial of the child etc, so thurday lowerbody+abs
All the best to you and your family, I'm really sorry to read about the loss of such a young being. Got choked up when I read it, since I younges boy is 4 months old and what your family is going through must be hell.

Btw: Nice training. Training can really help you get a break from some of the heavy personal stuff, so you a can come back stronger and refreshed after a good session. Keep it up.

Today was the farewell ceremony for my godchild, no burial since she is going to be cremated, so was a pretty sad day, seeing her for the last time...
But on a good note, i finally passed a important exam i needed to pass in order to get my last points of my first year, so now its 100% ill be going to texas on exchange in august!!
I have 11 days before going to aruba! SO gonna hit the gym everyday!

140kgx2....damn...was tired now
80kgx6....felt the food coming back up
80kgx15....my max....damn quads felt SWOLE
Standing leg curls unilateral
Did some calves, 15,12,10,8 reps
Cardio was standing cable crunches 12 reps supersetted with bench cycles ( don't know proper name) till failure...
15 min cardio and I was toast
