Had a good pullup day but shitty training day. My lower back is pretty much ok,but to prevent hurting it again, did things that didnt include spine loadin
Pullups( first three sets supersetted with unilateral plate loaded seated low rows)
Did neutral grip, hands 6 inches apart pullups
3xbw + 15 kg per sidex10
3xbw + 30 kg per sidex10
3xbw + 40kg per sidex8
Rested a bit..
3xBW, last two spotted by trainig partner
4xbw, last two spotted
In total i go 20 reps ( twice as much as last time)!

50kgx6...pretty pooped by now, those pullups fucked me up..

I got bwx20 spread in like 5-6 sets, and my training parnter helped me in the reps which i got stuck like half way through

20kg per sidex12 slow, squeeze reps
Face pulls, 15,15,12 reps
Unilateral dumbell shrugs
34kgx10...doing them like this i can control the squeeze and the range of motion much better.
Seated strict dumbell curls, both arms at the same time
16kgx6...those pullups are really killing my strength in the end...
Did some preacher curls, 2 sets of 30kgx8, one wide and one narrow, arms were to fatigued....
