here is my leg workout
Lever machine squats, shoulders hurting too much to hold the bar for reg. squats
20kg each sidex10+ 10 reps calf raises
40kgx8+10 calf raises
60kgx8+10 calf raises
70kgx5+8 calf raises
Here the belt was applied
70kg each sidex6
80kg each sidex5...so that's 160kg, legs and glutes are FRIED
Single leg curls
50kgx6....My legs were jelly by now
Last time I hurt my back while doing squats, so to prevent reinjuring it before heading to the states, took the safe route and was pleased by the pumps i got, but by no means satisfied. Can't wait to start the 5/3/1 program and take my squats and other lifts to a new level!
^^ no im not injured, i just have a lot of problems with my left shoulder, in my lifetime i have dislocated it 6 times. So whenever i train shoulders after a while or go real heavy, it hurts my shoulders, but my rotator cuff, and by trying to hold the bar on my back, even hig bar, it hurts like hell
those lever machine squats are great mate hope ur shoulders gets better man. considered surgery on it?
