Lying leg raises did 2 sets of 10 ss with 2 sets of 10 pushups
played racquetball for 20 min and b-ball for an hour , racquetball was high intensity and b-ball low, was just shooting around and one on one,so lots of cardio today, didn't do deads cuz my legs have crazy DOMS, gonna do either stiff leg or sumo on leg day.
