Did 2 sets of cable crossovers for pump and good stretch
Seated dumbell press
Hammer strength dips( lbs is each side)
Did some standing tricep extensions 40,55,50 pounds, didnt count reps
To kill the tri's did one set of CGBP to failure...135x6...hahahaha weak..
Afterwards i played some basketball, volleyball and ping pong.. gym was like 1 hour and the rest another 1.5 hours...love the rec center here!
