Today i started to push pull leg split.....
70kx5 restpause x2 restpause x1
80kgx3 drop set 70kx3
145px10......shoulder started hurting
2x 100px8 slow reps good contraction
-Seated side laterals
-Wide upright rows
-130x5 dropset 90px5
-One handed tricep extensions
Good workout but noticed that my condition is really weak....get really tired real fast.But it will come with time.

13 jan is a important day....it's the first time i deadlift in 2008!
From now on i will deadlift at least once a week....will try to get to 180 kilo's for summer!
3 sets of 22kgx10
-Pulldowns with neutral grip
3 sets of 80kgx8
2 sets of 12kgx8
-Ez bar curls
3 sets of 12kgx12
-Close grip EZ bar curls
3 sets of 30kgx10
Did 20 minutes of stationary bike with the misses.
Felt great deadlifting! I will deadlift every week and squat every week too improve overall strenght as i feel weak for my size..also will focus on chest/front delt strength...but because of my fuckedup shoulder will not force anything!
