Today i did a upperbody session, went light, this is the last session that i will be doing before starting my 5/3/1 program on monday!

Flat dumbell press (LBS)
85x4, really thick handle on these dumbells, made them harder
Ez bar curls, 60lbs bar
8 close, just enough rest in between for the burn to subside
nice session man, good job on the presses

155x1...wasnt really all that strict, and second rep didnt go up, so 1RM for strict press is 145lbs
