Did some standing cabel crunches, planks and jackknives with a small medicine ball
Did 20 minutes cardio on bike

Awesome session today, really happy with my deads, by far a PR, not weight wise, but rep wise, i used to do 6 reps with 350 with straps, today i did 8 reps without straps!
