Didnt you start out to heavy? Imo you should have done more reps in the SQ rep out. This way you cant progress long which is one of the keys of this program. Dont get me wrong too light is never an option but 1 RM -10% like wendler wrote in his ebook.

Was a fast session, needed to get to the movies, watched zombieland, i laughed...
Before i write today's session, I need to vent....
I felt shitty all day, maybe because i only got about 3.5 hours of sleep, dont know why, but i just couldnt sleep, on top of that, today was the most boring day at school...ever...and in my philosophy class my professor is trying to justify that because maybe robots with AI can think, they should be considered humans...i responded....lets just say i wont be gettin an A anytime soon, plus my training partners bailed out on me because they had to "study", they are just afraid of deadlifting, cuz strangely enough they never miss any kind of push or arm sessions...pussies....
Oh, plus i really cleaned up my diet and the drop in calories has me weak all day long....

335lbsx8, good effort, not a pb or anything, but i feel that if i was rested and in a better state of mind, i wouldve gotten 10...no worries, redemption is only a week away
185lbsx10...seems light, but my grip is so fuckedup after deadlifting, i just cant hold the bar, damn weak forearms, but now that i started to deadlift strapless, i see my forearms have grown plus my grip was better, before i wouldnt even think of deadlifing more then 315 without straps, now i can without much trouble, happy with that
