^^ i personally think its awesome, got some pb's here and there, and the workload is pretty intense, goin all pout on weights u never go all out on,. different feel for sure.

355lbsx8...awesome!! the last 3 reps were the hardest i have done in my life, my grip was failing, legs shaking, but i know im stronger for doing them now!
315lbsx6, last 2 were a bit cheaty lol
did 3 sets for 10-8 reps, cant remember weight
Supersetted these with cable crunches, 3 sets of 12
Unilateral leg curls
Did some calf work and done, trained in a group of 4, had to teach 2 of them how to do deads and pullthroughs, took much longer then expected, so no cardio, tommorow off, maybe some cardio
Got a massive cramp in my right hamstring, damn that hurts like a bitch, damn hamstring...just bored out of my mind here, it's 6.44 am and i am writing a paper that is due in 10 hours. Barely slept yesterday and gonna go with no sleep till after the class at 6:30 pm. So that would make almost 36 with no sleep and 60 hours with only about 4 hours of sleep...whoohoo....after that im gonna crash till monday lol
nothing like a good 10-12 hour night after a long hard week huh;)
