Machine side laterals
Machine tricep extensions
x10, can't remember weights
Unilateral dumbell overhead extensions
Afterwards played like 90m minutes of full court basketball, felt good to play some ball again....and at 280lbs, still can grab the rim easily!

Grip training doesn't take long - 10 minut max!!!
And if you go with that approach, you'll get an awesome and heavy deadlift and at the same time train your grip.
