Box front squats( first time doing them)below parallel, not by much though
70kgx5, felt good, gonna try 80kg next time
3 sets of 10,10,8, can't remember weight, very hard squeeze
4 sets, of 8,8,6,6 last 2 with whole stack, which still isn't much, just needed a break from stiffies
Good training all around, strength creeping back up, next session gonna try 150kgx2 for squats

Incline bb press
Pin presses, one inch of chest, flat
90kgx1....much harder then expected, first time doing them, felt good :)
Low Incline smith machine presses, no lock and no stop at bottom
70kgx6...the burn was intense
Did 3 sets of crossovers
Reverse grip pushdowns till failure then normal pushdowns til failure
10kgx8 3 sets
Did some one handed pushdowns with a hammer grip, 3 sets
Did 20 minutes of cardio
Weak session today, but went early after weaking up with only one small meal in me, never done that before, is totally different. Now i realise i prefer eating at least twice before hittin the gym. But i have dropped some weight since coming back from the States. Got op to 290lbs over there, back at 275, was at my strongest there, so no suprise that now after lowering the cals and having no real supps to help with energy that my strength is a bit down.
Overhand grip cable rows
Did some straight arm pulldowns supersetted with unilateral standing high cable rows
Close grip Pulldowns
