Didn't do much for hams, they are still completely fried from the deads and the uni leg presses hit them pretty hard

Was fucking tired after the last set of squats, never used to do more then 8 reps, and it's humbling
yeah they are killer stuff, often do 20rep squats (low weight, mostly for pump) and I'd like to stop after 10 reps.
great first week of 531 training buddy. specially the squats and deads were impressive efforts. cant wait to see how next week turns out!

Fuckin school started again...damn fucked up schedule, had to get up earlier then im used to, wait longer then eat and spend all day listening to boring crap, got to the gym at about 7pm, compared to 4pm, energy was LOW
57.5kgx11, same amount of reps but with slightly more weight, better then last week at least
