Today was an ok day at the gym, sleep was mediocre, food was not at its best. I did eat the right food, but not enough. So energy was low and felt tireed all day

good effort on the bench there prince. alot of things can make a bad day happend. i actually havent worked out myself what makes some days crap. i can eat tons and be well rested and still have a shitty session. other days i go in with little sleep and food, and think im gonna have a crap session but end up setting pbs. i think ur psychological state has alot to do with it. if ur relaxed, dont have shit on ur mind and dont put pressure on urself. just a theory, who really knows.

Did some calves, and pushup/ez bar curls supersets to pump up the beach muscles, to do some extra work after the snacks i had at a party last night!! meatballs and devil eggs!
