Had a good back,traps and rear delts workout...plus i started on hydroxycut hardcore so energy was way up!
REverse grip hammer pulldowns

30x8 each arm independent
D grip pulldowns
3 sets....10-8-8....dont remember the weights though.....i think round 65kg...
Dumbell rows(really strict)
2 sets 30kgx8
T bar rows(machine...not with bar in the corner a la ronnie)
20kgx12(too easy...consider a wu)
3 sets of 36kgx12
Reverse peck deck
3 sets of 55 poundsx10
Did 10 mintues high intensity bike
did 10 minutes threadmill
did this really fast...didnt note the time though...if i had to take guees in toal inculding cardio it would be...80 or 85 minutes??
The hydroxycut hardcore really gave me energy and i didnt want to stop training!

Machine bench press

20kg each sidex7 2 sets
Machine press seated upright
3 sets of 59 kgx10-8
Seated side laterals
10kgx10 3 sets
Machine press for shoulders
3 sets of 35 kgx15
This was done in about 50 minutes
Then i did a hour of spinning as my cardio
The madam that gives the class is HARDCORE...my ass is bleeding as i speaking
Feel the burn in me quads....interesting leg session tommorow....
